Launched the new Charge Assist application for the in-vehicle location, activation and automated billing of charging for fleet vehicles through the SYNC screen. Managed cross-functional relationships with internal charging platform teams and external partners such as Electrify America and Shell Recharge Solutions. Created and launched patent-pending Charger Data Service to deliver the best possible charger reliability and performance data in the industry. Created patent-pending method for automating activation of public DC Fast Chargers without cost and complications from ISO-15118. Developed and built consensus around public charging experience roadmap to provide customers with the optimal public charging solution. Interim product manager for energy services including Bi-Directional Power, Smart Wallbox, Intelligent Charging, Grid Integration and Depot Charging. Worked with cross-functional teams to roadmap products and services and gain alignment with engineering teams.
